Creating Hope by Assisting Parents (CHAP) is a free program which provides parenting education, crisis intervention, and case management to Bedford County Hispanic families. A CHAP counselor will help identify and work with the parent to reduce everyday stressors such as financial worries, changes in family structure, isolation and/or lack of transportation.
