Individual and Family CounselingCatholic Charities of Tennessee has a long history of offering counseling services for individuals, couples and families around issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and relationship challenges.
Counseling provides a safe place to focus on desired life changes, strengthening relationships with loved ones and/or emotional growth and healing. Our counselors customize each session to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services are available to people of all religious backgrounds.Catholic Charities provides counseling in Nashville at our main office at the Catholic Pastoral Center (2806 McGavock Pike, Nashville, 37214), at St. Stephen Catholic Community in Old Hickory, at St. Philip Catholic Church in Franklin, and at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro. We also meet with clients in the West Nashville area. We use a sliding scale based on a family's ability to pay to ensure that counseling is available for people of all economic circumstances. We also offer counseling sessions in Spanish at our main office and at our South Nashville Family Resource Center.
