Catholic Charities believes that every parent wants to do the best they can for their children.  Parenting is challenging and we are here to offer support.  We offer a parenting program in Montgomery, Bedford, and Marshall counties for families with children ages 0 to 8.

Our programs use the Nurturing Parent Curriculum which has been shown to be effective in strengthening parent-child relationships, teaching parents what to expect when children enter different developmental stages, and training parents in positive parenting strategies.

CHAP- Montgomery County

The CHAP program is located in Clarksville TN.  We offer Nurturing Parent groups that meet weekly for six weeks.  Our parenting counselor can also provide some additional individualized meetings as needed.  Past participants have shared that it was very helpful to hear from other parents who were experiencing some of the same challenges.

Creando Esperanza Ayudando a los Padres

Caridades Católicas cree que todos los padres quieren hacer lo mejor que puedan por sus hijos. La crianza de los hijos es un desafío y estamos aquí para ofrecer apoyo. Ofrecemos un programa de crianza en el condado de Montgomery para familias con niños de 0 a 8 años. Nuestros programas utilizan el Plan de Estudios de Crianza para Padres, que ha demostrado ser eficaz para fortalecer las relaciones entre padres e hijos, enseñando a los padres qué esperar cuando los niños entran en diferentes etapas de desarrollo y capacitar a los padres en estrategias de crianza positiva.
