We serve communities across Middle Tennessee through our 8 locations, with a presence in two additional areas. We are also now authorized to provide services in Smith, Bedford, Marshall, and Robertson counties. As a ministry of the Diocese of Nashville, which spans 38 counties in Middle Tennessee, we are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each community we serve.
We continually build partnerships, including co-locating partners, for all locations, including our Davidson County headquarters in Donelson. Partnering with other entities allows us to help more of our neighbors, and in better ways, both in rural counties and in Nashville.

In 2025, we are excited to announce the opening of our fourth County Expansion program Family Resource Center, which serves primarily residents of Putnam and Smith Counties. The new center is currently active at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, located at 421 N. Washington Ave. in Cookeville, while a permanent location is being established.
