Annabelle Cruz-Orengo

Annabelle graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a major in business administration and marketing. Annabelle worked for 14 years at the Puerto Rico Council on Higher Education. She moved to Nashville in 2010 and worked for 10 years at Family & Children’s Service and one year for the Tennessee Charitable Care Network. Annabelle joined Catholic Charities in November of 2022. Annabelle has about 35 years of experience; project management, facilities management, financial analysis & forecasting, budget preparation & management, contract & grant compliance, process improvement, multiple areas of human resources, such as: recruitment & hiring, diversity & inclusion, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and developing and implementing policies and procedures in document retention, emergency preparedness & business continuity.
