Lisa graduated from East Tennessee State University with a major in Child and Family Studies and obtained her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lisa spent over 15 years working with children and families in the foster care system and found her passion for serving vulnerable populations early in her career. She has been with Catholic Charities since 2021, and is committed to helping families overcome barriers by providing education, empowerment, and opportunities.
