Ford joined Catholic Charities, Diocese of Nashville in 2017 as the Grant & Donor Development Coordinator in the Mission Advancement Department. 

 He came to the agency after nearly 10 years with United Way of Metropolitan Nashville where he served as Manager of United Way’s 18 Family Resource Centers located throughout Nashville/Davidson County. He also has experience with United Way in the Lexington, KY area. 

 He has been working with Health & Human Service oriented nonprofits since 2005 and has been a Tennessee resident since 2007. As a graduate of the University of Kentucky he started his nonprofit career at the United Way of the Bluegrass in Lexington. His time in Nashville has been spent consistently connecting families from low-income at-risk communities to the services they need in Middle Tennessee.
